Squid Salpicao

Default Title.
Ingredients:

1 dozen Mida baby squid

4 tbsp butter

1 tsp sugar

Cayenne pepper

3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Olive oil

½ cup green and yellow bell pepper, diced

5 cloves garlic minced

Method:
  1. In a nonstick pan, heat butter with olive oil
  2. Saute garlic and toss in baby squid.
  3. Season with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper.
  4. Add Worcestershire sauce and sugar
  5. Add bell peppers.
  6. Serve.
