Gindara

Description

Gindara in headed, gutted and tail-off form is a palatable fish with a slightly firm white meat. It is good when baked, poached, grilled or deep-fried. Meat is soft velvety  with large flakes and exceptionally high oil content makes it adaptable to the most preparations.
